Adventures of Jackson Hole: June 4-18

This trip has been filled with different adventures, all creating wonderful memories and lasting friendships as well as constantly reminding me of God's incredible beauty.

June 5th: The first adventure we had was a hike to Inspiration Point, which overlooks Jenny Lake. It was a hard hike, that's for sure, but it was so worth it!

June 7th: Today, we went horseback riding through the mountains! It was one of the coolest things I have ever done and it lead to an absolutely wonderful view!

June 8th: we went hiking to Phelps Lake. It was so full of God's beauty and I absolutely loved it!

That night, we went into town for dinner for the first time! It was delicious and so much fun to shop/walk around! ps. this arch is made with real antlers, crazy right?

June 11th: we spent a wonderful day in Yellowstone National Park. It was a long day, but definitely worth it! God's beauty was so evident in this place and I loved getting to know the people I was with better as well.

June 13th: We took the Teton Tram to the top of the Teton Mountains and got to play in the snow! Who knew I would be able to play in snow in the middle of June! This was definitely the most snow I have ever seen in my life, some of the drifts were as tall as me!

June 14th: today we had the JHSP Olympics 2013! I was on Team Skittles, which was lots of fun because we were so energetic and fun! We got 2nd place overall which was lots of fun! We played ultimate frisbee, volleyball, and trivia! At the end, we had the ultimate challenge which included a water ballon toss, an egg-holding walk, a piggyback race, a wheel barrow race and dizzy bat!

We got to pie one person from the losing team!
June 15th: Today we went on a hike to Ski Lake. It was definitely the hardest hike we have been on so far, but the view was totally worth it! After we got back from the hike, we went to the Jackson Hole Rodeo which was an absolute blast!

The was the only picture I got, but these are some of the rapids!
June 18th: we went on a hike to String Lake! It was quite cold, but so much fun! The water was so clear and very shallow. The deepest part was 10 ft, which was so cool! It was definitely one of the easiest hikes we have been on.
